Melodyism

imageI'm a doer, a thinker, a maker and enjoyer of fun things. My experience has been with theme parks and the cruise industry, specifically SeaWorld and Busch Gardens, and I live for the invigoration, suspense and pure emotion that designing entertainment and events perpetuates. I also adore graphic design, calligraphy, and drawing by hand. I approach all things that I'm designing with a detailed eye and a passion for getting it just right. Take a look at my portfolio here on the site to check out some of my work!

Here's some more info about me, if you're interested!: I have degrees in Graphic Design and Art History (Italian Renaissance to be exact - I studied in Florence Italy to finish my degree and was a tour guide for a minute!), but my interests go FAR far beyond that. I LOVE puppetry and I volunteer for the Orlando Puppet Festival every year. I also assist my husband in maintaining his Venetian Mask business here in Orlando at EPCOT. Since my husband is from Venice (the REAL Venice!) and my family is from Naples Italy, I've been continuously learning Italian particularly over the last few years. I also play the flute and piccolo, and music of all kinds is a very big part of my life. My mom didn't name me Melody for nothin'!

I could go on and on, but I think the most important thing you need to know about me is that I love people, and I immerse myself in each project and I aim to pull out the joy, interest and relevance from every single thing that I work on.
